Gold Plan:
Silver plan plus remote support. You will receive one hour remote support per week on monitored systems to fix errors with systems. One hour per week of end-user support via phone / remote.
Platinum Plan:
Gold Plan plus extended remote support of two per week *and managed backup services.**
